My name is Marion Davis Wolvers, owner of what is now the oldest grooming salon in the Netherlands. A title I'm proud of, but one you only earn through genuine love for the craft.
My bond with dogs started from my earliest days. Literally: my playpen was in my parents' grooming salon, where I grew up surrounded by dogs. It was therefore a natural step that I became a dog groomer myself. In the seventies, I earned my diplomas and worked in my parents' salon. In the nineties, I took over their business.
By now, I've been active as a dog groomer for more than forty-five years, and I do it today with the same joy and passion as on the very first day. Every dog deserves caring hands and a familiar face. That's what I offer at Hondensalon Wolvers.
A well-groomed coat starts with the right treatment. At Hondensalon Wolvers, we work carefully and tailored to the coat type and the owner's wishes.

At Hondensalon Wolvers, every dog receives the care they deserve. A complete treatment always includes a bath, no exceptions.
For washing, we use only products that are cruelty-free and hypoallergenic. Good for the dog, good for our conscience.
During a complete treatment at the salon, we always check your dog's nails. Have they grown too long? We'll trim them right away.
So your dog leaves not only with a well-groomed coat, but also with comfortable paws.
During a complete treatment at Hondensalon Wolvers, we always check your dog's teeth. A healthy bite is part of it.
When possible, we remove any tartar buildup. If the teeth are in poor condition, we recommend a visit to the veterinarian. Honest advice is our priority.
